The Health Sciences Library is established to provide quality information services and information support for all KAMC-NG WR staff. The services are designed to anticipate and to be responsive to the individual's information needs for teaching, learning, research and healthcare.
Institutionalized proactive services like Medline search assistance are delivered whenever needed. This was made possible with the help of subscribing to the most trusted and very reliable online databases present in the market.
These are backed up by wide array of current journal subscriptions to support the electronic versions of these materials. The library provides access to these services inside and outside the library premises, and several computer stations are available for use by all the clients and provided with assistance of well experienced staff.
All staff members can have the privilege to borrow a maximum of five books at a time for two weeks and renew if needed. The library also provides training sessions to all staff who want to acquaint themselves on proper searching with electronic resources.
