Who do I contact about billing questions?
Ministry of National Guard – Health Affairs provides its services free of charge to its eligible patients. Any billing questions can be addressed with the Business Center for each respective city. Please see Business Center link on the home page.
What are the visiting hours?
Visiting hours in the hospital are from 5-9pm. No visitors will be permitted before or after the stated visiting hours. The length of the visit should be no more than 30 minutes per visitor in all hospital wards.
What is Ambulatory Care and what are the working hours?
The Ambulatory Care Center is a 6 story out-patient care center that provides medical services to NGHA patients. Inside you will find a pharmacy, admissions, appointments, registration eligibility offices, laboratory, medical imaging, patient referrals, social services dept., and medical records section.
The working hours are: Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 8:00am-4:00pm
Who are the Training and Development events directed to?
Ministry of National Guard – Health Affairs and KSAU-HS staff only but there are certain few courses that are announced that the public can apply too. Requirements are announced with it.
Are there specific events targeting the staff only or can students/health professionals from outside the Ministry of National Guard – Health Affairs apply?
Yes there are but mostly Training the Development targets Staff.
How can someone apply for training in the Ministry of National Guard – Health Affairs, and can anyone apply?
Any student can apply if it is a requirement from their College (medical or administrative e.g. nursing or translation) and they can apply from KSA or worldwide. But they need to provide the following information: An official letter from the institution sent to the Training & Development department through the following email T&D_Inquiries@ngha.med.sa stating: The department that the student need to train in. The duration of the training. When it starts/ends. There are no fees. The Training & Development will issue a form to the requested department and will inform applicant of acceptance or refusal.
