The position is open for competition among Assistant Consultants and Board Certified physicians only and the basic requirements are:
Saudi National
45 years old and below
MBBS Degree with a GPA of 3.5 and above
Saudi Board Certified in Anatomic Pathology or equivalent
Registration/License from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties
USMLE/MCCEE result (if available)
English test results; TOEFL/IELTS, if available
Having an offer from North American university is an advantage
Not currently/permanently employed by other government hospital
The chosen candidate who met the requirements and passed the interview and selection process will be required to work in Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at KAMC Riyadh prior to and on return from scholarship. Within one year, he/she must secure admission or letter of acceptance from a recognized university in North America.
