Quality Management
The QA activities in ED are regularly conducted and monitored. The departmental QM Committee meets every month and review quality indicators, all mortalities in the ED, all cardiopulmonary resuscitation cases, OVA’s, patients’ complaints, and JCIA issues, and circulates report quarterly. There is a random monthly chart audit to review the overall patient care provided by each physician, as well to ensure that essential data is recorded.
