An Educator is a Registered Nurse whose primary role is to ensure the continued development of all aspects of nursing education. Nurse Educators deliver and evaluate education for the particular clinical field that they have specialized in during their career. Nurses who have a particular interest in teaching and education are well suited to this role. It is expected that Educators would hold postgraduate qualifications often at a Masters Degree level.
