Anti-Smoking clinic Routine
The anti-smoking clinic is running at Jeddah N.G military camps. The program usually starts on Monday and ends on next Sunday. The smokers are divided into small group 10-20 persons per group. The working hours are from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Intervention
Including the following; a sporting program for physical fitness including sauna therapy and swimming, education section for 2 hours, group therapy, individual care, nicotine patches, follow-up for seven days and tests will be done at the end of the week. If there is a failure, the intervention will be assessed at an individual basis and be repeated.
