The position is open for competition among Assistant Consultants and Board Certified physician and the basic requirements are as follows:
Saudi National
45 years old and below
MBBS Degree with a GPA of 3.5 (out of 5) & above or equivalent
Saudi Board / Arab Board in Internal Medicine
Canadian Evaluating Examination result (optional)
Registration / License from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties
USMLE/MCCEE result (if available)
English test results; TOEFL/IELTS, if available
Having an offer from North American university is an advantage
Not currently/permanently employed by other government hospital
The chosen candidate who met the requirements and passed the interview and selection processes will be required to work in the Department of Medicine at KAH Al Ahsa prior to and on return from scholarship. Within one year, he/she must secure an admission or letter of acceptance from a recognized university in North America.
