Saudization certificate authenticated by Riyadh Chamber of Commerce
Zakat certificate issued by the General Authority of Zakat and Tax
Social insurance certificate issued by the General Organization of Social Security
IBAN number authenticated by the bank, or a certificate authenticated by th bank which carries the IBAN number.
Tax certificate “if applicable”
Etimad Platform Registration
All forms and copies of the above documents shall be sealed by the authority/ company and sent in a single PDF file to the e-mail: Registration2@ngha.med.sa
All forms shall be completed in both languages, Arabic and English, and authenticated by the company with a seal and a signature.
