Visiting hours in the hospital are from 5-9pm. No visitors will be permitted before or after the stated visiting hours. The length of the visit should be no more than 30 minutes per visitor in all hospital wards.

The Ambulatory Care Center is a 6 story out-patient care center that provides medical services to NGHA patients. Inside you will find a pharmacy, admissions, appointments, registration eligibility offices, laboratory, medical imaging, patient referrals, social services dept., and medical records section. The working hours are: Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 8:00am-4:00pmSunday9:00am-4:00pm
