About the Patient Portal

The Ministry of National Guard - Health Affairs (MNGHA) has develop the Patient Portal to serve the needs of its patients. Its mission is to allow patients to access their electronic medical record, provide electronic services, increase health awareness, promote positive health outcomes as well as offering reliable health information.

Funding

This site upholds the legal requirements set forth by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia concerning disclosure of health related information.

The MNGHA is funded by the government and it falls under the umbrella of the Saudi National Guard. No form of advertising is recruited or hosted by this site in an effort to support funding.

Service Level Agreement

SLA Overview

This Agreement represents a Service Level Agreement between MNGHA and its target audience for the provisioning of Patient Portal services required to support and sustain the services.

MNGHA is keen to fulfill its satisfaction target audience satisfaction by providing Patient Portal services 24/7.

This Agreement herein is valid until further notice.

Below, you can find a list of Patient Portal services adhering to the MNGHA’s required standards, as well as the maximum time to provide such services.Note that this time does not include the completion of missing requirements, as well as the time to be taken by a third party, such as government authorities, in processing the transaction.

Service Scope

The following Services are covered by this Agreement:

  • List of visit history.
  • List of patient appointments.
  • Appointment reminder service.
  • Add and cancel appointment for Business center.
  • Medication Alarm service.
  • Medication Refill.
  • View test results.
  • Self assessment and add health note.
  • Health education service.

Assistance and Support:

Most of MNGHA Patient Portal Services includes a section for assisting and supporting the target audience, in the form of a readable content such as User Guides.

Electronic Service Standards

  • MNGHA’s Patient Portal services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Service termination, maintenance or scheduled downtimes will be announced in advance through MNGHA’s official communication channels.​
