King Abdulaziz Medical City in Riyadh
Welcome to King Abdulaziz Medical City in Riyadh
King Abdulaziz Medical City in Riyadh (KAMC-RD) was inaugurated in 1982 and served patients in May 1983.
It is considered one of the most comprehensive healthcare medical cities in Saudi Arabia.
It provides all levels of care to the Ministry of National Guard personnel and their families, starting from public health and primary healthcare to the most advanced tertiary services. In addition, the medical city contributes to the national healthcare system by providing advanced tertiary care to non-national guard patients through its medical eligibility system.
The KAMC-RD currently has 1973 operational beds.
The current workforce includes 2451 physicians, dentists, and residents—the medical city employs 8584 allied health and medical support professionals and 5282 administrative and support professionals.
