Visiting Times and Instructions

Dear Visitor, 


We greatly appreciate your visit to the patient, as your purpose is to inquire about their health. 


To ensure the patient's safety, comfort, and the highest level of care, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:


General Guidelines:

  • Visit Duration: Visits should be limited to 15 minutes to accommodate others waiting to see the patient. Typically, visits should not exceed 30 minutes, except for close family members or when longer visits do not pose a medical risk to the patient.

  • Intensive Care Unit Access: A maximum of two family members may visit at a time.

  • Labor and Delivery: Open to visitors 24 hours a day, but only one visitor is allowed at a time, unless otherwise determined by the midwife or nurse in charge.

  • Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Intermediate Nursery: The mother is allowed to breastfeed 24 hours a day with a gate entry permit.

  • Visitors Under 12 Years Old: Children under 12 are generally not allowed to visit patients, except in the following circumstances:






  1. Children with a special entry permit issued by Social Services may visit during regular visiting hours.
  2. The nurse on duty has the right to deny a child entry if they show symptoms of a respiratory infection or any contagious illness.

Visiting Hours: 

Wards: 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on weekdays and weekends.

Intensive Care Units: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, every day of the week.

During Ramadan: 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

First Three Days of Eid: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
