​‎“Scientific Writing” and “Science Communications" ‎workshop

King Abdullah International Medical Research Center ‎is pleased to invite you to attend the upcoming two ‎workshops dedicated to “Scientific Writing” and ‎‎“Science Communications” that will be held on 22nd ‎and 23rd December 2019 in KAIMRC auditorium in ‎collaboration with Nature Research ‎Academies/Nature Springer Publisher.‎

The workshop on Scientific Writing aims to give ‎researchers the necessary skills to effectively ‎communicate the significance of their research in their ‎manuscript and cover letter, as well as identify the ‎most suitable journal for its publication. ‎

The workshop on Science Communication discusses the ‎importance of communicating science effectively to ‎the public, how to communicate complex scientific ‎ideas clearly to a lay audience, and the available ‎platforms allowing researchers to achieve this goal.‎

The workshop’s Keynote Speaker is Dr. Jeffrey ‎Robens, Editorial Development Manager at Nature ‎Research.‎
