Objectives:

• To re-shape perceptions of nursing, demonstrating how strategic investment in nursing can bring considerable economic and societal
  To acknowledge the compassion, professionalism, and round the clock commitment of nurses caring for patients in public health system
• To recognize the contributions nurses make to communities
• To encourage nurses, health care professionals, employers, community leaders and public to recognize and promote the vast contribution and positive impact of nurses worldwide
• To raise awareness of the important role nurses play in the society and the contributions, commitments of nurses among common
• To stress on the nursing ethical principles (accountability, justice, non-maleficence , autonomy, beneficence ,fidelity and veracity)

Activities:

• Celebration Employee Of The year in each unit announcement on the 06.06.24 at Andijani Hall
• A practical lecture focusing on the role of nursing care in developing economic power in society
• Painting contest, winners will be announced on the 06.06.24
• Cake baking contest , winners will be announced on the 06.06.24
• Treasure Hunt competition , winners will be announced on the 06.06.24
• Yoga & Thi Chi classes for the nurses to help and support nursing staff mental health and relaxing techniques on the 03.06.24
• Walking Marathon inMC1 on the 03.06.24 at 17h00
