Advance Case Management
- Deliver service for complex cases of Advance Case Management process to prevent delayed discharge and prolonged Length of Stay.
- Identify and collaborate with the business center office for Non-Saudi and Non-Eligible patients to liaise with external sponsors and insurance companies to facilitate the transfer.
- Correspond with legal and governmental entities to expedite repatriation for incapacitated non – Saudi, Non-Eligible patients.
