Admission Office
- Delivers a service 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to ensure efficient and optimal management of bed allocation for all patient admissions across King Abdulaziz Medical City.
- Abide and govern the MNGHA Administrative Policies and Procedures. To streamline the management of patient admission and patient transfer to a single room and protect patient valuables across King Abdulaziz Medical City healthcare facilities.
- Works collaboratively with Nursing Services to ensure proper and timely patient movement.
- Ensures elective admissions and day cases are scheduled in patients' electronic health records.
