Operations Development (KAMC-WR)
It is an operational department established in September 2012, The basic function of the Operations Development, WR is to access, analyze and evaluate procedures and processes for all operational activities, also, to determine whether results are consistent with organization’s established vision, mission, and objectives, and whether the procedures are being carried out as planned with high quality and minimal operating cost by linking operational best practices with performance enablers, that provides a platform for operational excellence, continuous improvement. It is yet helpful to adopt four (4) different complementary views of Operations:
- Resource view focuses on the assets utilization in the operation.
- Process view highlights the operation's activities used in transforming inputs to outputs.
- Performance view of the operation used to evaluate outcomes and correct variances between what’s done and what should be.

Mission
Our mission is to be viewed as a department with a well-qualified professionals who continually assess, evaluate, and analyze the operational procedures and process for all operation activities interrelated with other KAMC’s disparate activities to maintain the highest quality of healthcare services provided to all SANG personnel, their dependents and other eligible patients, ensure the optimal effectiveness of time, cost and efforts, and to resolve the issues that impact negatively on resources, process, performance, and patient healthcare.
Vision
Our vision is to set an exemplary excellence and professionalism developing and maintaining a strong interconnection between all the components of the KAMC’s disparate activities by providing a high qualitative and quantitative operation system that manage effectively the resources, process, and performance to ensure the highest standardized patient healthcare.

Study and Analyze all the deficiencies in the operations division and submit a reflect solution for improvement and development for the all operations services.
Scope of Services
Basic Function:
To evaluate and analyze operational procedures for all operation departments to determine whether results are consistent with established objectives and goals and whether the procedures are being carried out as planned. To develop functional operating procedures and processes to improve health care services with minimal operating cost by linking operational best practices with performance enablers that provides a platform for operational excellence and continuous improvement. To have full access to all operational information/ data and summarize statistical management reports to ensure effective, efficient, and productive use of resources.
