This service provides the patient who has a medication prescription in the Inpatient department at one of the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs facilities or the National Guard health centers with the feature of displaying a list of current and previous medication prescriptions. It also enables the patient to export reports and send them via e-mail or view them in PDF format.
In addition to the ability to re-order a refill of the medication and add an alarm to remind you of the time to take the medication, the patient can also view current medication alerts.

Log-in to the Patient Services portal using your Nafath, biometric, or credentials.
Go to the Main Page in the Patient Services Portal.
Click on the prescriptions icon.
The following icons will be shown: inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and refill.
Click on the inpatient icon.
An active medical file that is eligible to get the service in one of the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs facilities or National Guard health centers.
The patient must have a refill prescription.
