  • Log in to the application

  • Click on the E-services icon, then click on the Create ESC loan Membership icon

  • Fill in the required fields, then click the Next button

  • The request details page will appear, where you must click the Submit button

  • The user must be an employee in  Health Affairs Program at the Ministry of National Guard and scoial club membership

  • The user must have an account in the ERP system used in health affairs

  • To apply for the service, fill out the application, and add one of the employees as a guarantor.
