To activate the Patients e-Services, you need to create a password number linked to a mobile number associated with your medical records.
To add or modify your mobile number, you are required to visit or contact the Registration Office - Patient Services Department at phone No.: +966-11-8010077
To create or change the password number, send an SMS from your mobile phone with word PASSWORD followed by a space and then your new four digits password to the following Number +966505871710.
Note that your password will be activated for all the medical records registered under your mobile number.
