PMPAH Commences Case Management Department
Prince Muhammad Bin Abdulaziz Hospital, Ministry of National Guard’s Health Affairs in Madinah commenced Case Management Department on Monday 12/16/2019. The department will be concerned with managing and following up on the provided services for PMBAH’s inpatients starting with the initiation of admission procedures until discharge.
Case Management Department will contribute to improving the service’s quality by optimally utilizing the hospital’s resources and capacity to maintain flexibility and speed while providing the required services. It will also be the connection between doctors, patients, and all other departments to ensure the quality and effectiveness of services by identifying the patient's needs, providing necessary medical equipment, following up on treatment plans, assisting physicians to expedite the patient's safe discharge and ensuring that all patient’s needs in terms of healthcare services has been provided by the hospital.
The commencement was inaugurated by Mr. Mansour Alaskar, Executive Director of Operations and Dr. Turki Al Wasaidi, Deputy Executive Director of Medical Services with the presence of Mr. Ahmad Abozaid, Supervisor of Case Management Department and other department’s heads.
