Pathology and Laboratory Medicine

The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine was founded as one of the pillars on which Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal Hospital was established in 2002/1423. It started with the very basic services and evolved over the years to a well-established laboratory that offers high quality services and accredited by joint commission international (JCI), Collage of American Pathologist (CAP)(2011), and Saudi central board for accreditation of healthcare institutions (CBAHI)(2018).

Phlebotomist Services are integrated according to inpatient needs and outpatient workload.
