To activate the Patients e-Services, you need to create a password number linked to a mobile number associated with your medical records.
To guide you in using the Patient E-services, you may contact the Registration Office - Patient Services Department at phone No.: +966-11-8018672 . And to add or modify your medical file, you are required to visit your respective Primary Healthcare Center-Registration Office.
To create or change the password number, send an SMS from your mobile phone with word PASSWORD followed by a space and then your new four digits password to the following Number +966505871710.
Note that your password will be activated for all the medical records registered under your mobile number.
