Provide Home Health Care Service

A service provided to patients registered in home health care at one of the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs facilities or the National Guard health centers, allowing them to request a visit, medicine, tools, or change the location and mobile number, in addition to searching for all previous requests.

Service release date: 1/9/2016
  • Log-in to the Patient Services portal using your Nafath, biometric, or credentials.

  • Go to the Main Page in the Patient Services Portal.

  • Click on the Home Health Care icon.

  • choose the visit reason

  • fill the input field with the message you want the care giver to recivie

  • An active medical file that is eligible to get the service in one of the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs facilities or National Guard health centers.

  • The patient must be refered to the home health department by the doctor responsible for the patient.

  • National ID or Iqama number

  • Mobile Number

  • Military or employment enrollment confirmation
