This service provides the patient at one of the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs facilities or the National Guard health centers the feature of granting an access to a family member to access a personal file.

Log-in to Patient Services portal using your Nafath, biometric, or credentials.
Click on "Grant access" from the group management screen in the Patient Services portal.
select the person to give the permission.
select the validity period and click on save.
An active medical file that is eligible to get the service in one of the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs facilities or National Guard health centers.
The person to be granted access must be a first-degree relative.
National ID or Iqama number.
Mobile Number.
Military or employment enrollment confirmation.
