  • Log in to the application

  • Click on the E-services icon,

  • Click on the Employee Certificate icon

  • Choose the type of request

  • Choose the purpose of the request

  • Click on the Go button

  • The certificate will be sent directly to the user's email

  • The user must be an employee in  Health Affairs Program at the Ministry of National Guard

  • The user must have an account in the ERP system used in health affairs

  • Determine the type of certificate
