FAQs​

​Please submit a request through the Medical Eligibility e-service on the below link:​

​Please make sure that all data entered is correct.​

​You can contact the technical support of the National Information Center through the call center: 800122111, Twitter account @NIC_Care ​or via e-ma​il: Support@nic.gov.sa ​​​​

​The sponsor must log in to Patient Services application, then Group Management, and then add the family members and enter the required information.


​Please make sure that all data entered is correct for the sponsor and the dependent.​

​Please make sure that the following data is correct: sponsor date of birth, dependent date of birth, the national identity of the dependent.​

The sponsor can electronically open a medical file for first-degree relatives (father, mother, husband, wife, children). For more information, please visit the Registration office.​


You will not be able to open a medical file for the son if he is over 18 years old.


​You will not be able to open a medical file for the daughter if she is married.
