NGHA Honors Best Employee of the Year
Attended by the COO of the Western Region Colonel Engineer Khalid Bakalka, exceptional employees were honored for their outstanding performance from April 2008 through March 2009. The best employee of the year Ms. Bona Al- Fadly, a unit assistant III in the employee clinic received a plaque for distinguished work as well as a bonus for her efforts and performance.
Colonel Khalid Bakalka gave a speech noting that this award is in recognition of the role that the employees play as part of the organization. Furthermore, the award is an incentive for other employees to work harder towards success and to encourage them to invest their energy and abilities in promoting health services.
Finally, Khalid Bakalka thanked Dr. Bandar Al Knawy the CEO of National Guard Health Affairs and the President of King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences for his support and encouragement of such events in order to raise the performance level of all staff.
