The Ambulatory Care Service at KASCH

The Ambulatory Care Service at KASCH provides tertiary out-patient care services to eligible patients in compliance with Strategic Plans and approved policies and procedures.


The out-patient care is delivered by multi-disciplinary teams of specialists and support workers dedicating their efforts and experience to provide quality out-patient care such as Pediatrics, Pediatric Surgery, Adult and Pediatric Hematology /Oncology/Transplant, Pediatric Neonatology, Diabetic Retina Clinics, Adult Diabetic & Endocrine Clinics Employee Health Clinic, Adult Organ Transplant & Adult Hepatology and Podiatric Surgery Clinic.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. Four (4) weeks access to care for all new referrals.

  2. Waiting list percentage of fixed date appointment.

  3. Clinic Activity/No show rate in Weekly Basis.

  4. Monitoring of Walk in.

  5. Monthly Report Regarding Referral Activity for all the Departments in KASCH.

  6. Waiting List Quarterly Report to all Departments in KASCH.

  7. Pending Unscreened Referrals reminder (report generated every 1st week and 3rd week of the month).

  8. Monthly Report for Unscreened Rejected Referral 4 weeks access to care for all new referral.
