Messages Review

This service allows the patients for reviewing the inbox in case there are incoming messages other than medication refill messages, requesting a new appointment, expiration of eligibility, or a response  requesting a new report, viewing messages issued from the complaints and suggestions icon, and submitting suggestions and complaints to the Patient Services Department.

User Manual
  • Log-in to the Patient Services portal using your Nafath, biometric, or credentials.

  •  Go to the Main Page in the Patient Services Portal.

  • Click on the Message icon

  • click on the message to view the details

  • An active medical file that is eligible to get the service in one of the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs facilities or National Guard health centers.

  • National ID or Iqama number

  • Mobile Number

  • Military or employment enrollment confirmation
