This service allows the patient to review and verify the sick leave letter (in both Arabic and English) through the Health Affairs website of the Ministry of National Guard​.

  • Visit MNGHA Website

  • From main menu select E-Services then click on Verification Eservices

  • Choose Sick Leave Request Inquiry

  • Fill out the form.

  • click on Search.​

  • An active medical file that is eligible to get the service in one of the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs facilities or National Guard health centers.

  • Medical Record Number (MRN)
