Overview:
The Annual Forum for Medical Research is the premier medical research event in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Starting from its 7th edition in December 2016, the annual medical research forum has taken a national mission that is to present, to debate and to offer to the public, to the academia, the industry and to the government an expert opinion about major medical research trends and opportunities to better position the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a leading hub for innovative medical research.
This year’s forum organized under the theme “Achieving the National Vision through Medical Research” aims at bringing together national and international leading scientists, R&D experts and senior representatives from the Academia, the private sector and government entities to shed light on challenges, opportunities and way forward in making medical research a cornerstone of the knowledge based economy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in order to contribute to achieving the goals of Saudi National Vision 2030.
The forum will have a set of sessions dedicated to a variety of timely topics of interest to all scientists, physicians, faculty, R&D executives and government representatives.
Introduction and Scope
The King Abdullah International Medical Research Center (KAIMRC), in collaboration with the King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (KSAU-HS), will organize the 10th Annual Forum for Medical Research. This year’s forum will be centered on the national strategic initiatives as part of the National Transformation Plan 2020 and in alignment with the National Vision 2030. The theme of this year’s forum is: “Improving Healthcare through High Standard Clinical Trials”
