Breastfeeding Awareness week is annually celebrated 1st week of August to raise awareness about the importance of breastfeeding as a natural and beneficial way to nourish babies. It also helps to establish a strong bond between mother and child, and has been shown to reduce the risk of various health conditions.
The aim of this campaign is to raise awareness about the importance of breastfeeding, encourage breastfeeding mums and help normalize breastfeeding.
