This is a high fidelity simultaion based training and also procedural skills are taught in the said course . It is a repeated course for Residency Training Programs conducted over three times per year.
By the end of the course the partcipants will be able to
- Define the shock status and differentiate between types of shocks in pediatrics.
- Demonstrate the outline management of critically ill patients with respiratory failure.
- Apply the CRM (Critical resource management) skills in critical care case.
- Practice pediatric care procedure skills of difficult airway management.
- Adapt different approaches for breaking bad news.
