World Diabetes Day 2014

In the occasion of the World Diabetes Day, the Division of Endocrinology, Department of Medicine, will hold an awareness campaign on Thursday, 25 December 2014 from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM at the Ambulatory Care Clinics (ACC) Ground Floor.
 
This event aims to support and inform healthcare providers, patients, and the general public about diabetes.  This, in turn,  will improve the social awareness and understanding of the disease given that the society should be informed of the benefits of timely diagnosis, care, and promote the prevention of diabetes.
 
The event will encourage behavior change in terms of individuals seeking help and in the way professionals deliver services.
