iCARE: a system of real-time surveillance and intervention for patients at risk of poorly coordinated care to address any fragmentation in care delivery and resolve it promptly.

iSURGE: a system that ensures the surgical consultants are empowered, supported, and entirely in charge of their OR waiting list to achieve timely, safe, and efficient patient-centered surgical care. It is a patient-centered system that ensures patients are prioritized according to their clinical needs and waiting times.
