At MNGHA, we value our patient's and families voices. To that end, we have launched the patient experience measurement program by regularly using several questionnaires that allow patients who have used MNGHA services to share their thoughts.
The survey asks patients to evaluate their experience with our hospitals' care and services. Listening to what our patients want to say helps us determine what is functioning well, what needs improvement, and how.
The MNGHA patient experience surveys are driven by published research and well-established survey development standards based on the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS).
It utilizes the latest research on survey statistics, design, and questions written in the patient's language that is easy to read and understand.
The patient experience teams ensure that the survey results are compiled, reported, and shared with relevant departments and management teams to incorporate the results into improvement plans.
The surveys are tailored to the type of care setting:
Ambulatory Care Clinics.
Emergency Department Survey.
Adult In-patient Survey.
Child In-patient Survey.
Primary Healthcare Centers Survey.
One-Day Surgeries and Procedures Survey.
