The Department Of Emergency Medicine Also Committed To Deliver Evidence-Based, High Quality Care To Those Who Are In Need Of Treatment, While Ensuring Efficiency And Proper Utilization Of Resources. It Also Plays A Major Role Through The EMS Services In Providing Pre Hospital Response And Care.

The Emergency Department Is Open 365 Days A Year And 24-Hours A Day All Patients, Paediatric Through Geriatric, Presenting To The Emergency Departmental.

The Current Emergency Department Facilities Include Fifteen (15) Designated Emergency Room Beds And Three (3) Beds In Flu Clinic. There Are Two (2) Designated Trauma Beds, One (1) Resuscitation Bed And One (1) Procedure Bed. The Department Also Includes An Isolation Assessment Room.
Education And Training
From The Start Our Department Was Keen For Education And Development Of The Staff By Conducting Lecture, Facilitating Workshops And Supporting The Physicians In Their Exams.
