Division of Geriatric Medicine
The Division of Geriatric Medicine at NGHA was established in January 2006. The division continues to grow, with a mission that remains the same to become the Center of Excellence in the region in providing a comprehensive care for older adults and for training the future Geriatricians. Today, the division provides care for the inpatient and outpatient older adults population through an inpatient Complex Discharge Unit (24) with 20 beds and ten outpatient clinics, including seven general geriatrics and three specialties for dementia and falls.
