ACC Clinic 104 (Employee Health)

This clinic provides care for sick employees, investigates their problems, and promotes employees' health and well-being through education, prevention, and care of acute and chronic medical conditions. It caters to the Employees of the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs.

It is working on Routine Medical Check-up, Acute and Chronic Medical problems, Well Woman Check-up, Pre-natal and Post-partum follow-ups, Travel Medication Surveillance Program, Routine Immunization, Walk-in urgent care, Wellness, Pre-Procedure COVID-19 Swabbing, Public COVID-19 Contact Tracing Clinic consist of 14 rooms serving 900 – 1000 patients / Week.

Flu / Elective Swabbing Clinic

It is located in the main lobby of ACC. There are checkpoints where all the patients, sitters, and visitors are asked to execute hand hygiene and check their temperature. An elective swabbing clinic is for performing the swabbing for patients/sitters going for admission or elective surgery/procedure.

Employee Flu Clinic and Public COVID-19 clinic

COVID-19 and Employee Flu clinics are located in Primary Health Care Center (Hospital Comprehensive Specialized Clinic-HCSC). COVID-19 clinic is allocated to serve public National Guard dependent and military, and one is allocated to serve National Guard employees; clinics manage the patient with flu symptoms, contact tracing, PCR testing, pre-travel, and post-travel clearances, as well as managing staff with positive COVID-19 exposure with back to work clearance. The clinic consists of 10 rooms with an average of 250 patient minimum visits per day.

Unit Name: ACC clinic 104

Unit Description: Employee Health Clinic (Elective Swabbing, Flu and COVID-19).

Patient Population: Adult (Mixed Gender).

Hours of Operation:
08:00 – 17:00 Hours (Sundays to Thursdays) 5 days per week; COVID-19 and Flu Clinic 08:00-20:00 7 days/week.

No of Beds:
10 Exam Rooms, 2 Screening Rooms, 1 Nurse Clinic, 1 Observation Room.

Occupancy Rate:
900 - 1000 patients per week.

Staff Categories:
Registered Nurse, Patient Care Technician, Unit Assistant, Runner.

Primary Diagnosis:
Routine Medical Check-up, Acute and Chronic Medical Problem, Well Woman Check-up, Pre-natal and Post-partum follow-up, Travel Medication Surveillance Program, Routine Immunization, Needle Stick Injury, Walk in urgent care, Wellness, Pre-Procedure COVID-19 Swabbing, Public COVID-19 Contact Tracing.

Primary Procedures:
Skin Punch-Biopsy, Pap smear, I & D, Minor Injury Suture, Immunization, Wound Dressing, Naso-pharyngeal swabbing, Simple Splint Application, Blood Sugar & Urine Testing, Saudi Council Assessment.
