Occupancy Rate: 90%
Staff Categories: Nurse Manager, Clinical Resource Nurse, Nurse Coordinator, Staff Nurse I & II, Patient Care Technician.
Primary Diagnosis:
High risk Acute Coronary Syndrome
Critically Decompensated Heart Failure with or without need for mechanical ventilation
Post Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation
Valvular Heart Disease emergencies
Cardiac emergencies related to disease of the Aorta and Pericardium
Adult Congenital Cardiac Disease with Unstable Cardio Respiratory Status
Life threatening Dysrhythmias
Newly placed tracheostomy with the need for mechanical ventilation
Endotracheal Intubation or potential need for emergency Endotracheal Intubation and Mechanical Ventilation, regardless of cause
Adult cardiac patients who develop acute renal failure requiring CRRT
Post High Risk Cardiovascular Procedures
ST Elevated Acute Myocardial Infarction
Cardiogenic Shock
